todae went laopo hse randomly take my weight on th machine &...
finally i cut dwn weight ! those 3kg dat i gained really made me a laughing stock .
aft like 1wk hard work , i finally reduced 1.5 kg man ! clapps**
it took me 4daes liddat to gain 1.5 kg & 1 wk to get rid of it .
gaining fats is easy but losing was hard work man x.x
but i still nid to cut dwn abit mre to 45kg jiu ok le , haha .
