yea , i got a new policy since last night cox my tummy & weight is concerning me mre dan mid year now .
ahhhhhh , im gonna reach 50kg soon u noe .
jux 9 daes of intensive eating , i gained 3 kg .
means 3 daes 1 kg , 1 dae 333.3 grams ! nonono !
52kg is acceptable weight fer me but i dun ever wanna touch 50kg if not i can jump dwn ard .
50 sit ups evrynight is not enough to cover up fer my food :X
so , for evry serving of food i eat now = 20 sit ups , haha .
wen yannyun heard she sae 20 sit ups not enough -.-
but its only 4pm now & i ard had 7 servings ard so = 140situps ard !
so 1 serving = 20 situps is alot ard kay .
dinner will be kfc later i think .
damned , i dunno how many sit ups i nidda do tonight .
haha , but to protect th image of my tummy , its worth it , cox im th one seeing it evrydae :O
